Admitted assault in Thomas Street
A 22-year-old man changed his mind and pleaded guilty to two charges when he appeared last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
Malcolm McKeown, Parkmore, Craigavon, had previously denied assaulting a male occasioning him actual bodily harm and disorderly behaviour in Thomas Street, Portadown, on June 7 last year.
At last Friday’s court he pleaded guilty to both offences.
The case against him was adjourned until May 13 so that a pre-sentence report could be obtained for that day.
