AN ARDBOE designer has been nominated for a prestigious award.
Jason Canavan, of Canavan Interiors, is a finalist in the national kbbreview Awards 2013.
The awards are organised by kbbreview, the UK’s leading magazine for the kitchen and bathroom industry.
Jason has been announced as a finalist in the Kitchen Designer of the Year, projects costing between £30,000 - £50,000 category.
The County Tyrone designer is no stranger to being recognised for his innovative work.
In 2011 he was awarded Ireland’s Desginer of the Year at Dublin’s Kitchen Retail Awards.
Speaking about making it through to the final stage of the competition, Jason said: “Being shortlisted as a finalist for such an award is absolutely fantastic.
“This will be our second year at these awards and I am really looking forward to celebrating the growth of this industry alongside the great achievements of all of the designers.”
Tim Wallace, editor of kbbreview says: “We’ve had a record-breaking number of entrants to this year’s kbbreview Awards. We are also very pleased and excited to have received lots of new entrants this year, which is extremely encouraging. As always the standard of submissions is incredibly high.
“The kbbreview Awards set out to recognise and reward excellence in the kitchen and bathroom industry, and Jason should be very proud of being a finalist. The judging process is rigorous and extensive and judged by renowned industry professionals. We would like to congratulate Jason being nominated as a finalist and wish him the best of luck for the finals.”
