Awards for Maralin Primary

Mrs Napier (Principal) Mrs Dickson (Vice Principal), staff and pupils of Maralin Village Primary School who received the Inclusive Practice Award from Families First.

The school has firstly received the Inclusive Practice Award from Families First.

The school was presented with their award at a ceremony at Titanic Exhibition Centre after being nominated in the Best Primary School category.

Mrs Craig and the Speech and Drama group from Maralin Village PS who achieved first place at Portadown Festival for The Sound Collector and The Rules that Rule the School.

“Those comments along with an evaluation visit to the school secured our prize, but I must say that just to read your comments was praise enough for myself.

“I was indeed humbled to read how highly we are thought of by parents and grandparents. We appreciate your support.”

The school has also been celebrating after recent successes at the Portadown Speech Festival.

The speech and drama group was placed first for The Sound Collector and The Rules that Rule the School.
