Charged with taking part in un-notified parade in Lurgan
A County Wexford man has been charged with taking part in an un-notified public procession in Lurgan on May 28 this year.
Kevin Kavanagh (67), whose address was given as Carleys Bridge, Enniscorthy, appeared last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
The charge of taking part in an un-notified public procession was put to him as he stood in the dock.
A police officer said he believed he could connect the accused with the charge.
Kavanagh was remanded on his own bail of £400 to appear again in court on August 17.
