Concerns have been expressed about the state of the Boconnell Lane area and the golf course.

Issues of litter and pollution have been raised by local Sinn Fein Councillor Catherine Nelson.

She said: ““Residents have raised issues with both litter and pollution in Boconnell Lane and the Craigavon Golf Course area.

“I have now reported the litter in the Boconnell Lane/Craigavon Golf Course area and have asked that council commence a clean up urgently.”

She went on: “I have also reported the pollution in the stream to both council and NIEA and requested swift action. I have made a request for additional bins and would urge members of the public to use these.”
