THIEVES have again targeted computer drives and memory cards disposed of at the New Line Recycling Centre.
It’s the second time in the space of a month the centre has been targeted and as with the last occasion the thieves made off with drives, cards and car batteries,
Police have said they are investigating an incident of theft and criminal damage in the Monbrief area between 6pm on Thursday and 10am on Friday, January 27-28.
They said a number of computer hard drives, memory cards and car batteries had been taken.
Anyone with information or who noticed suspicious activity in the area should contact police in Lurgan by calling 0845 600 8000, alternatively information about crime can be passed to the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
In mid-January thieves broke into the recycling centre with compiter gear the primary target.
It prompted concerns the personal details of those leaving drives at the centre could have fallen into the hands of thieves.
