Indecent images charges

A 22-year-old man has admitted making indecent photographs and possession of prohibited images of children.

Dairmuid Joseph John Keyes, Centenary House, Victoria Street, Belfast, pleadedguilty to 16 counts of making indecent photographs of children.

Keyes also admitted three charges of having prohibited images of children.

The defendant pleaded guilty when he appeared last Friday at Craigavon Crown Court.

The offences are alleged to have happened in the county court division of Craigavon in January to May, 2015.

The case was adjourned to Craigavon Crown Court on February 10 next year so that a pre-sentence report can be prepared.

The defendant was remanded to appear back at court in Craigavon on continuing bail.
