Deported for persistent offending

A 40-year-old man convicted of indecent behaviour in a Lurgan street has been deported from Northern Ireland, Craigavon Magistrates Court heard last Wednesday.

Thomasz Ksiazek, Princes Street, Lurgan, had a fine of £150 recorded against him for indecent behaviour.

The court heard that on June 3 this year in Princes Street there were two males and a female who were all intoxicated.

Ksiazek and the female engaged in lewd behaviour in full view of children who were in the area.

The defendant handled his genitals over his tracksuit bottoms and the female simulated sex with the defendant. Ksiazek was taken into custody where he struggled and was abusive with the interpreter.

Mr Conor Downey, defending, said Ksiazek had been deported for persistent offending.
