Driving while unaccompanied

A learner driver admitted last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court that he had driven without being supervised and without displaying '˜L' plates.

Petru Bataneant, whose address was given as Thomas Street, Portadown, pleaded guilty personally at the court to the offences.

He was fined £75, ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy and given three points for driving while unaccompanied and fined £25 for not displaying ‘L’ plates.

They came to light when he was seen driving in High Street, Portadown, on July 27 this year.
