EAT Well, Live Long. That’s the message from Irene McCaffrey of Impact Fitness.
And to reinforce this belief Irene would like to invite you to a healthy living workshop and cookery demonstration on Tuesday 16 April 2013 at Pimento Coffee Shop, Moira from 7.30pm.
Eating the correct food can not only make you healthy but can also extend your life by many years. Yet most of us eat unhealthy food without even realising it and wonder why we are overweight and suffer from a variety of related illnesses.
So why not come and join us to find out how to eat more healthily with personal trainer Irene McCaffrey, prepare fresh local meats with butcher Hannon Meats, and understand the importance of those fresh green vegetables with local vegetable grower and chef Diane Gardiner of Pimento.
You will also be treated to an exciting cookery demonstration by Diane who will show you how to liven up those boring summer salads using fresh, local produce and recipes that won’t keep you tied to the kitchen all day.
And to add a little spice to the evening all of our speakers will be giving away vouchers on the night. So, go on, put this date in your diary if you want to eat well and live longer!
This event is free but we will be accepting donations to chosen charity, Northern Ireland Chest, Heart and Stroke.
