Firm fined for offences
Cool Distribution Ltd was this week fined a total of £700 in relation to tachograph and drivers hours infringements at Dungannon Magistrates' Court.
The charges relate to an investigation into vehicles used by Cool Distribution Ltd, Silverwood Industrial Estate, Lurgan, between 1 March 2015 and 24 April 2015. The firm was convicted in relation to five charges of employing drivers who committed various contraventions of EU Drivers hour’s regulations.
