Levity Breaks will launch their debut EP tonight with a gig in Limelight 2.

‘Maudlin’ will be available through MondoTunes in all major digital music stores online on October 6.

Their debut landed in ‘MAIL’ HQ this week and has proved to be a popular addition to the turntable.

It’s got instant pop appeal, but their songs have also got the depth to ensure the listener comes back again and again.

The band are fond of a good ‘surge’ ala Snow Patrol and it is with aplomb that Eamon Lenehan, Marty McLoughlin, Jonny McGuinness and Richie Lappin achieve their crescendos.

Between the band, as individuals, they have previously toured with artists such as the aforementioned Snow Patrol, Buzzcocks, British Sea Power, Iain Archer, The La’s, Bell X1, The Frames, Nine Black Alps, The Ordinary Boys and have featured at prestigious festivals such as Oxegen, T-Vital and The Electric

Tickets for the Limelight 2 show are £5, available on the door.

The band are running a bus from Lurgan to the Limelight 2. For more information contact management@levitybreaks.com
