Woman believed she had insurance
Six penalty points were imposed on a woman last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for driving without insurance on April 30 this year.
Anne Marie Kumar (50), Lakelands, Craigavon, was also fined £250.
The court heard she was stopped while driving in Dingwell Park, Lurgan, and police checks revealed there was no insurance in place.
She believed there was insurance but later attended at Lurgan police station and admitted she did not have insurance.
Kumar appeared in court and pleaded guilty to the offence.
