Wrongfully claimed £3,372 in benefit
A men man was convicted at Craigavon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday for claiming benefits he was not entitled to.
Michael Hendren (54) of Atkinson Avenue, Portadown, claimed Employment Support Allowance totalling £3,372 while failing to declare employment. He was fined £500 plus £15 offender’s levy.
He is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained.
