EIRE Óg will play their Ulster Junior Championship semi-final against Tyrone club Derrytresk as a curtain raiser to the senior semi-final between Crossmaglen and Ballinderry at Casement Park on Sunday week.
Having become used to the Athletic Grounds in recent times the Pinebank men will now sample the even bigger expanses of Casement Park and all their tough training regimes will now be put to good use.
Most, if not all, of the Éire Óg players will be sampling the Belfast grounds surface for the first time.
But the Craigavon side’s journey just gets better having already lifted three trophies to date at senior level.
A win against Derrytresk could push the boundaries even further for Mickey Devlin and Oliver Cormican’s team who, if things go to plan, could be training over the Christmas period.
