Nostalgia: Local chef cooking up a storm

A local chef was cooking up a storm in the high pressure world of international culinary competition in 1997.

Donaghcloney man Gary Gamble led the Northern Ireland Culinary team to bronze medal success in the World Cup Grand Prix held in Scotland.

A total ten chefs from all over the province were selected by Gary in his role for manager of the team.
