Nostalgia: Young hotshots in penalty shoot-out
Dozens of young hot-shots turned up for the Lurgan Mail’s penalty kick competition in 1985 at Craigavon Leisure Centre.
Not only did 11-year-old Justin Parry win the 8-11 age group but he also saw off the challenge of 13-year-old Derek Nicholson in the grand final to walk off with two prizes, the main one being a trip to Old Trafford to see Manchester United.
