This opportunity was presented based on Ralston’s progress and a successful training visit to England.

The former Portadown College student will study his A Levels at the Ralph Allen School plus stay with a host family in Bath following the move next month.

Ralston’s Team Bath programme includes 20 hours of coaching alongside schoolwork.

His past wins include Ulster honours across the singles and doubles at a variety of age ranges, plus growing Irish tournament experience.
