Busy night for police across Antrim and Newtownabbey

Detailing the incidents on Sunday afternoon, a police spokesperson said: “Not all of those required police attendance, however that’s still a hefty night’s work.
“These calls ranged from anti-social behaviour related incidents, noisy parties, neighbour disputes, assaults and missing persons.

Hide Ad“There were arrests for criminal damage, assaults on police, common assault and drink driving. Antrim custody had a full house from last night’s activities- 10 cells and no spaces.”
