Pathway extension to be explored at Three Mile Water Park
The study is exploring how to open-up areas of the Three Mile Water Park to local residents.
A spokesperson for Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council said: “To help explore and address some key environmental and social issues within our communities, council has made funding available for each District Electoral Area (DEA).

Hide Ad“A feasibility study is currently being carried out to explore the potential of extending the walkway at Three Mile Water Park.”
Speaking to the Times, Ald Tom Campbell said: “There are large sections of the park which are currently inaccessible to the public. It is an untapped resource, but by extending the path the park will be opened up. This will be beneficial to many people in the area, including dog-walkers and joggers.”
