Elliott sets up another D'town derby for Gers
It sealed a 2-1 win over Richhill AFC in the opening round of the Bob Radcliffe Cup and set up a second-round tie against Dollingstown.

Hide AdBefore the half hour mark, they were awarded a penalty after O’Neill infringed. David Ross stepped up but was denied by Gers keeper Chris Chambers who saved low to his right.
The pendulum started swinging towards the home side and after some swift counter attacking, Danny McKinstry was presented with two good chances but saw one shot blocked and the other go wide.
In the second half, the Gers got their success coming down the left when Jeff Brady produced an inch perfect cross for Colin Cousins who found the top corner from eight yards out to open the scoring.
Chances started to flow with Spence and Cunningham going close to doubling the lead whilst Chris Chambers pulled off a top save at the other end.

Hide AdThere was nothing that Chambers could do about the equaliser two minutes later.
Chrissy Chambers secured his man-of-the-match nod for a superb save three minutes into extra-time.
With ninety seconds left on the clock, a winner arrived to the delight of those at Cheney Park when Ross Elliott headed a Nathan Baird cross back across goal to leave the opposition keeper flat footed.
This Saturday is the Premier Cup quarter-final against Windmill Stars at Holm Park.
