Caught urinating against a shop
A 24-year-old man was fined £50 last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for an indecent behaviour offence.
Gary Magill, The Beeches, Portadown, was also ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
The court heard that on July 30 this year a police patrol in West Street, Portadown, saw the defendant urinating against the shutters of a shop.
There were people nearby coming out of an Indian takeaway.
Magill told police he was sorry and that he had “needed to go”.
The defendant, who pleaded guilty himself in court, said he had too much to drink.
