Carrick’s USA connections were celebrated with an Independence Day event at the Andrew Jackson Centre.

The ancestral home of the seventh American president hosted a feast of family entertainment including a hog roast, rodeo bull, Western shooting stall, music by the Broken Strings Band, stilt walkers and arts and crafts.
