Man caught on CCTV urinating on a wall
After he was put out of a bar in Lurgan town centre a 54 year old man was caught urinating against a wall.
He was Abraham Douglas, Carrick Drive, Lurgan, and last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court he was fined £100 for indecent behaviour on November 24.
Douglas had been escorted from the premises with another person. Both were seen on CCTV urinating against a wall.
A defence solicitor said his client had asked to go back in and use the toilet as the public toilet was closed but he was not allowed.
He added Douglas had no choice as ‘nature took its course’.
