Man took partner’s car without consent

A 34 year old man who took his partner’s car without her consent was banned from driving for two months last Friday at Craigavon Court.

Martin Maguire, Drumgor Heights was also fined £250 for driving without insurance on November 8.

As well he was fined £90 for not having a licence and £100 for taking the car without consent.

The court heard that he was stopped on the Brownlow Road. He admitted he did not have insurance and had taken the car without the consent of his partner. He told police he was going to collect the children from school.
