POOL: Saints lose first points and Thatch close the gap

Ibrox’s Stephen Johnston landed a hat-trick, including two break-and-dishes in a 13-2 success at St Comgall’s, while Dessie Cooper and Paul Francey got trebles for Q Pool in their 12-3 win.
Q Club’s good form continues with a 9-6 victory over Feathers, while an Aaron Wright hat-trick also ensured the Gers beat the Tech Tornadoes on the same scoreline.
No. 1 Reds had a solid 11-4 win over basement boys Ruby’s. In another bottom-of-the-table clash, No. 1 Blues kept their nerve to get over the line 9-6 against Clonlee.
