A tasty way to enjoy steak

THIS is a great way to enjoy a good steak. Arlene always uses Northern Irish steaks, which are always full of flavour and tender. The carmelised onions are the perfect complement and the ciabatta bread is perfect for soaking up all the flavours and juices from the pan.

Did you know? "Ciabatta" is the Italian word for "slipper", which is the special shape of this delicious Italian bread made with olive oil.
