It’s Damian and Denver at the Riverside Theatre

A creative and exciting musician, Damian is probably best known for his work with Shona Kipling and Flook but has recently been a full-time member of Kate Rusby’s band.

Summer Hill was Damien’s debut solo album and was released in May last year on the Pure Records label. Produced by Joe Rusby and Damien, it features acclaimed musicians Michael McGoldrick, Aaron Jones and John Joe Kelly. The title track also features vocals from Kate Rusby.

Riverside is very pleased to welcome this very talented, young musician and hope that as many music-lovers as possible from the area will come and support an excellent musician and his talented backing band.

And if you’re a John Denver fan, don’t miss Saturday, November 26 - when you can experience a magical journey into the songs and music of John Denver - one of the very biggest American stars of the 70s.

This excellent show will feature all Denver’s popular hits, Annie’s Song, Leaving On A Jet Plane, Rocky Mountain High and the biggest hit single and country anthem of the 70s - Take Me Home, Country Roads.

Featuring Wayne Denton and fabulous full live band, the show is dotted with anecdotes, humour and delivered with full screen video production to enhance this superb quality production show.
