Council agree to Segway request
BEACH goers could soon be using a new mode of transport after Coleraine Council backed a request from Segway Express to operate the two-wheeled vehicle on local beaches.
The application by Mick Elliott would see the company operate a small Segway tours at East Strand, West Strand, Whiterocks and Christie Park in Coleraine for three years.
