Ed Sheeran has been one of the greatest breakthrough stories in recent years.

Having capped a series of self-funded EP releases with the release of Collaborations Number 5 in January 2011, Ed subsequently signed a worldwide record deal with Asylum Records.

His debut album ‘+’ was released in September 2011 and quickly achieved multi-platinum sales in the UK, Ireland, Australia, amongst others, spawning the huge smash singles ‘The A-Team’ and ‘Lego House’.

Ed has won a Q Award as Breakthrough Artist of the Year plus two Brit awards for Best Male Solo Artist and Breakthrough Act of the Year 2011, and an Ivor Novello award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically for ‘The A Team’.

Ed is currently touring and promoting the album internationally, which has just been released in North America, reaching Number 1 on iTunes on the day of release, and reaching number five in the Billboard charts in the USA - a feat also replicated in Canada.
