Alleged assault on a police officer
A Coleraine man has appeared in court accused of being disorderly at the town's Westbourne Crescent on August 26 this year.
And Ryan Maloney (19), of Carthall Road, is also alleged to have assaulted a police officer and resisted the same officer in the execution of his duty on the same date.
At Coleraine Magistrates Court on Tuesday of last week, a prosecutor said they wanted to adjourn the matter for two weeks as they were “considering a certain course of action” in the case.
