Buses damaged

A number of windows were smashed and fire extinguishers were set off during the incident at Longlands Avenue, which occurred sometime on Sunday, March 28.

It is estimated that the damage to the tourist tour buses will cost several thousand pounds to repair.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, March 23, a car parked at Glenview Gardens in Whiteabbey was deliberately set alight. It’s believed an accelerant was used.

Police are still working to establish a motive for the attack.
