Car seized on insurance offence
A Lurgan man was fined £100 last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for driving without insurance on February 13 this year.
Christopher Lavery (23), Silverwood Leaves, Lurgan, also received six penalty points.
His solicitor said he had no points on his licence and no previous convictions. He was already out of pocket £500 to £600 because his car was seized.
