Clanmil buys old police station
Clanmil Housing Group has purchased the former police station in Ballymoney and are proposing to provide eight apartments for the over 55’s.
A spokesperson said: “We will be holding a drop-in event on September 30th 4.30pm-6pm at The Old Courthouse, Charlotte St, Ballymoney. We welcome anyone who would like to know more about our plans to call in. We are working towards completion of the new homes in Spring 2017.”
Meanwhile, B&M Bargains have saidthey are “are actively seeking opportunities to increase the number of B&M stores across Northern Ireland”, following speculation that they are moving into the former Dunnes premises in Ballymoney.
