Community Awards first for Ballymena

The Ballymena Community Clusters are hosting an award ceremony to celebrate those who go above and beyond in their community.

The first ever awards, sponsored by Ballymena Business Centre, will take place on Friday, November 13 at 7pm in the Braid Arts Centre.

The awards are supported by Mid and East Antrim Borough Council, both the Mayor and Deputy Mayor will be in attendance.

The awards will include:

North, South, East Rural and Bann Maine West Cluster groups of the year.

Man of the Year;

Woman of the Year;

Youth Champion (Group award);

Older Person Champion (Group award);

Educational achievement;

Green award (group award);

Lifetime achievement.
