Confiscation Order obtained
The Social Security Agency Financial Investigation Unit obtained a Confiscation Order for £18,972 against Rosheen McIntosh (44) of Hazelwood Avenue, Dunmurry at Belfast Crown Court on Monday.
On the March 21 2014, the defendant was found guilty of fraudulently claiming Income Support and Jobseekers Allowance, and given 18 months probation.
The Confiscation Order is to be satisfied by 30 March otherwise the defendant will serve six month prison sentence.
