Confusion over insurance
Piotr Charzynski (37), of Silverwood Green, Lurgan admitted the offence, which happened on October 20, 2007.
The court was told Charzynski was stopped by police at Silverwood Green and asked for his licence, he admitted he did not have insurance.

Hide AdThe defending solicitor said Charzynski was a named driver on his brother's insurance and did not realise it had lapsed. Insurance, he said, was back in place by October 24.
Charzynski, he added, is a lorry driver and his licence is important to him. District Judge Alan White said he accepted there had been confusion and imposed six penalty points and a 150 fine.
