Abusive towards his father and police

A 21 year old man who was aggressive towards his father and police was fined £100 last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for disorderly behaviour on June 29.

Nathan Weisner, of Bluestone Hall, Craigavon, was also fined £100 for unlawful damage to a police car and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.

The court heard that police went to Bluestone Hall where the defendant, who was intoxicated, was being aggressive towards his father.

Weisner, who had blood on his face and chest, was verbally abusive and aggressive to police. When he was handcuffed and taken to the police car he said: “You are f--king c--s.”

He lay across the rear seat of the police car and kicked at the door. He wiped blood on the seat and was dripping saliva on to it as well. The police vehicle had to be decontaminated.

A solicitor for the defendant said he was heavily intoxicated and had very little recollection of what happened.

She added that Weisner was shocked at his actions.
