Arson charge: Man in court
A 53 year old man has been charged with arson endangering life with intent and is due to appear at Londonderry Magistrates Court this morning, Monday, December 15.
The charges are being reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
The charge follows a fire at a house in the Dungiven area in the early hours of Friday 12 December. No-one was injured in the incident.
