Man appears in court accused of cultivating cannabis
Jonas Kopustas, from Ardean Manor in the village, appeared by video link at Dungannon Magistrates Court today.
He was charged with cultivating cannabis; possessing cannabis, and having the drug with intent to supply on May 13.

Hide AdKopustas is also accused of possessing a prohibited weapon, CS Spray; damaging an electricity meter, and preventing the meter from registering the quantity of electricity used on the same date.
A police officer told the court she believed she could connect the defendant to the charges.
A defence lawyer said no application for bail would be made at this stage.
He asked the court to record that Kopustas had made full admissions to the charges in interview.

Hide AdDistrict Judge Michael Ranaghan remanded the accused in custody until June 11.
