Man denies that he committed assault
A Waterside man has appeared before Londonderry Crown Court, where he denied charges of sexual assault and common assault.
Lee Healy (30), with address on court papers as Spencer Road, pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual assault, common assault, false imprisonment, criminal damage and also denied breaching a restraining order between May and November 2013.
The court heard the trial, which is expected to last five days, has been listed for hearing on September 28.
Healy was remanded in custody to appear in court again next month.
