Thieves stealing oil burners in Limavady
Oil burners have been stolen in the Greysteel and Limavady areas of County Londonderry, according to reports received by the PSNI.
A spokesperson for Limavady PSNI said: “We have received reports of the thefts of oil burners from houses in the Limavady and Greysteel areas.
“These burners are expensive to replace, and of course a great deal of inconvenience could be caused if you were without one for any length of time in cold weather.
“Please keep an eye out for suspicious activity, and if you have a boiler in a garage or an outside cabinet, secure it with a good quality lock.”
