Duo face attempted robbery charge
Two Cookstown teens will face trial on a charge of attempting to rob a Sandholes services station.
David Mark Cunningham, 18, from Riverside Drive, and a youth are both accused of attempted robbery of money from a man on February 11th.
Cunningham is additionally charged with possession of a knife and criminal damage to a vehicle on the same date.
The trial date was set for November 22nd at Dungannon Crown Court.
Mr Coilin Donnelly and Mr Blaine Nugent appeared for the defence.
