She worked with the company’s marketing team in areas such as new product development. Part of this work involved the development of the new Dale Farm Mrs. Frostie ice lolly which was introduced to Northern Ireland’s freezers in March.

A spokesperson said: “As the company were due to celebrate 40 years since first producing classic ice lollies such as Polly Pineapple, Joker and Mr Frostie, Jaclyn worked with the marketing team to develop the idea of a female companion for the famous snowman.

“Following an intense period of product and packaging development, the new product hit the freezers in March this year, achieving strong sales and consumer appreciation.

“Jaclyn took part in several launch events for the product, and on completion of her year with the dairy business, was rewarded with a year’s supply of Mrs Frostie lollipops - to serve as reminder of a fun year working at Dale Farm.”
