The town, in conjunction with the work in Ballyclare, is undergoing a facelift as part of the Newtownabbey town centre revitalisation project funded by the Department of Social Development and the council.
The project is supported by both town’s traders’ associations and as part of the work businesses have recently benefitted from works to frontages, including shopfronts, signage, painting and new pubic art works.
Get Into Glengormley kicks off with the Easter family fun day this Saturday, March 23 between 12pm and 4pm at the Ferbro Buildings on the Ballyclare Road.
