Police found a number of plants and Heaney said he had grown them for his own personal use. There had been damage caused to the property.

Mr Conor Downey, representing the defendant, said the damage had been repaired to the satisfaction of the Executive.

He added that some of the plants were grown and some were in their infancy. It was a small scale operation.
