Larne woman Lorna Baird had an official role at the Remembrance Day commemoration in Belfast.

The Royal Naval Reservist was among those who had the honour of a formal part in this year’s poignant ceremony.
On Remembrance Sunday silence briefly descended over Belfast city centre as crowds respectfully gathered at the city’s cenotaph for the traditional wreath-laying ceremony at City Hall.
