Councillor Hogg commented, “I was delighted to welcome such a diverse range of community and voluntary workers to this event. It is important that we recognise the efforts that our community and voluntary workers put in to making our borough a place in which people want to work, live and invest.”
The event raised around £650 for the Mayor’s three charities: ABF The Soldier’s Charity, Autism NI and the Cancer Fund For Children. For more information on the Mayor’s charities, visit the council website.
