New social housing
A HOUSING chief has told Moyle councillors about new social housing in the area.
North East Area Manager Frank O’Connor said: “In the past year a scheme for 10 new homes, by Apex Housing Association, commenced at Church Bay on Rathlin Island.
“The Social Housing Development Programme for 2012-2015 includes three schemes for a total of 35 new homes at Leyland Road and Ramoan Road, Ballycastle, together with a scheme for 28 units of supported housing in the district town.”
