Plans submitted to transform library into Day Care centre
The listed building, located on High Street, has been vacant since the small library was permanently closed in November 2011.
Planners received an application for a proposed change of use from library and office space to day care facilities from Kiddiewinkles Day Care, Cookstown.

Hide AdProposals include building a hard and soft play area to the back of the existing building, with parking facilities.
The plans are in the early stages, and are currently listed as being in consultation after being submitted by Cookstown based architects Henry Marshall Brown.
Moneymore library was closed alongside Moy following a 2011 review by Libraries NI despite campaigns to save both.
Eight other rural libraries received a reprieve from the board, including Draperstown, which had also been under threat.
